NIKON INDUSTRIAL MICROSCOPES

Discover NIKON industrial microscopes with episcopic optical contrast inspection techniques in conjunction with digital imaging accessories for metallurgical material inspection in many industrial applications.

ECLIPSE MA200 LED

Nikon’s Most Advanced, Modular, Ergonomic, Inverted Metallurgical Microscope

The Nikon ECLIPSE MA200 LED is a flexible, modular, inverted microscope of innovative box design for episcopic optical contrast inspection techniques in conjunction with digital imaging accessories. It is ideal for metallurgical material inspection in many industrial applications.

Superb Nikon CFI60-2 optics provide excellent images to both eyepieces and to the optional port on Nikon’s digital imaging cameras with analysis software. The universal microscope design allows complementary optical contrast techniques together on one microscope stand thanks to a modular component program.

Nikon Digital Sight Series

Used together with Digital Sight cameras for microscopes, high-definition images can be efficiently captured. Images can be processed using the NIS-Elements software to conduct measurement and analysis.

Nikon CFI60-2 Optical Series

Nikon offers various objective lenses designed to match the observations required with the microscopes.  Colour aberration correction for the lenses result in greatly reduced colour distortionand excellent image quality.

Universal Optical Contrast Methods

With NIS-Elements software, operators can conduct Grain Size analysis where grains may be detected and measured according to JIS G0551, ASTM E112-13, E1382-97,ISO643 and GB/T 6394 standards. With Cast Iron analysis, graphite content or graphite-corrected samples can be detected, measured and classified according to JIS G5502, ASTM A247-06 and ISO945-1 standards.

Universal Optical Contrast Methods

From lamphouse to eyepieces, components are selected to match every user’s application, including lamphouses, stages, objectives, nosepieces, optical heads, eyepieces, digital cameras, filters and contrast technique accessories.

Ergonomic Design Concept

Optimal positioning of operator controls and a variable angle eye-tube allow fatigue-free work. Using a compact and efficient stand design, samples are observed without the need for pre-leveling.

Intelligent Digital Communication

ECLIPSE MA200 LED detects objective lens value, magnification changer position and light intensity via Nikon software. Remote control of motorized nosepiece and light intensity is also possible.

ECLIPSE MA100

Compact, Robust, User-Friendly, Inverted Metallurgical Microscope

Nikon’s ECLIPSE MA100N is an affordable, flexible, compact, modular, inverted microscope for episcopic optical contrast techniques in conjunction with digital imaging camera accessories. It is ideal for metallurgical material inspection in many industrial applications.

Superb Nikon CFI60-2 optics provide excellent images to both eyepieces and to the optional port on Nikon’s digital imaging cameras with analysis software. The microscope design allows complementary optical contrast techniques.

Nikon Digital Sight Cameras

All Nikon Digital Sight cameras efficiently capture images of a sample and deliver them to the image processing software of the NIS-Elements suite.

Nikon CFI60-2 Optical Series

Nikon’s innovative design enables clear imaging techniques, including high contrast, brightfield, darkfield, polarization (POL), differential interference contrast (DIC) and double beam interferometry optical contrast.

LED Illumination, Compact Body

A dedicated LED illuminator is incorporated, providing long life, low power consumption and diffused illumination, avoiding unwanted shading effects. The MA100N is of strong, compact, robust construction.

Modular Component Accessories

Selected optical components match the user’s application. The MA100N has an optional third optical path to a photo port on a Nikon Digital Sight camera. Image analysis is performed within Nikon’s NIS-Elements software suite.

Modular Stage, Object Holders

The MA100N offers a 3-plate stage design for moving the sample without sliding. The plain stage design has an optional mechanical stage and a range of holders.
