Portable Digital Hardness Tester for Plastics and Rubbers

Electronic Shore hardness tester is equipped with a slim measuring nose, enabling precise measurements even on small components. It is ideal for performing Shore hardness tests on a variety of materials, including tires, soft flexible rubber, plastics, PVC, polyester, neoprene, leather, Thiokol, nitrile rubbers, and more.

The device features an operating console with an LCD display, offering various measurement options such as peak value, dwell time, and continuous readings. Additional functionalities include data storage, automatic test numbering, calculation of averages, access to stored results, statistical analysis, standard deviation reporting, and histogram generation. It supports data export through RS 232 C or USB for seamless connection to computers or printers.

How Does Electronic Shore Work?

Using it is incredibly simple: press the probe against the sample’s surface, wait for the dwell time, and the result will instantly appear on the display!

Bench-top Stand Support

Bench stand support (Art.13) designed for highly precise hardness testing. The force is applied vertically to the sample surface, ensuring excellent stability throughout the dwell time. Consistent top-down pressure guarantees accurate and reliable measurements. The probe can be effortlessly mounted on the stand by simply screwing or unscrewing it. Additional weights for Shore C-D-DO tests are available as optional accessories.

THE SOFTWARE

User-friendly keyboard with IP 64 protection. Offers measurement options such as peak, dwell time, and continuous. Temperature measurement included. Features automatic averaging, a list of stored results, statistical analysis, and standard deviation. Data output via RS 232 C or USB for easy connectivity.

O-RINGS ASTM 1414

Clamping holder set designed for highly accurate hardness testing of O-rings, fully compliant with ASTM 1414 standards. Available in sections of Ø 1, 1.79, 2.62, 3.53, 5.33, and 6.99 mm; other sizes available upon request.
